Peanut Butter & Oatmeal Easter Egg Cookies Recipe

Ingredients
3 cup McCann’s® Quick Cooking Rolled Irish Oats
1 stick butter or (Crisco® Butter Flavor All-Vegetable Shortening Baking Stick)
2 cup sugar
1/2 cup milk
2 tsp Spice Islands® Pure Vanilla Extract
1 cup peanut butter
3 tbsps. peanut butter powder
¼ cup mini chocolate chips
Sprinkles
1 pinch salt
Directions
- Over medium-high heat, combine butter, milk, salt, and sugar. Bring to a boil for 1 minute.
- Remove from heat. Add vanilla and peanut butter.
- Mix in dry McCann’s® Quick Cooking Rolled Irish Oats and peanut butter powder until coated.
- Once combined, add sprinkles and mini chocolate chips.
- Scoop into plastic Easter eggs and place them in the fridge for 1 hour.
