FroYo Granola Fruit Pops Recipe
- These frozen yogurt fruit bars (with an oaty crunch) will have your kiddos clamoring for more. Just make sure you make enough for yourself!
Ingredients
FroYo
- 3 cup Greek Yogurt
- 1 cup Almond Milk
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1/2 cup Raspberries
- 1/2 cup Blueberries
- 1/2 cup Blackberries
Granola
- 1 1/2 cup McCann’s® Quick Cooking Rolled Irish Oats
- 2 tbsp Light Brown Sugar, Packed
- 1/4 tsp
- 1/4 tsp
- 1/4 cup Coconut Oil
- 1 tbsp Coconut Oil
- 1/4 cup Honey
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 2 tsp
- 1/4 cup Almonds, Chopped or Whole
- 1/4 cup Pecans, Chopped or Whole

- 6-12 Popsicle Molds
Directions
Granola
- Preheat oven to 300ºF.
- In a medium bowl, combine oats, almonds, and pecans.
- In a small saucepan, combine brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, coconut oil, and honey. Bring to a boil until all ingredients are combined and the sugar is dissolved, then remove from heat. Add the vanilla.
- Pour the sugar mixture over the oats and nuts; mix until thoroughly coated.
- Once the mixtures are fully incorporated, pour granola onto a parchment-lined baking sheet. Place the sheet into the oven for 15 minutes, stirring gently halfway through the cooking time. Once out of the oven, stir the granola periodically until cool.
- After making popsicles, store any extra granola in an air-tight container and enjoy for up to 1 week!
Popsicles
- Mix greek yogurt, vanilla, honey and almond milk until smooth.
- Fill popsicle molds by altering layers of yogurt, granola and fruit.
- Add a wooden stick and freeze overnight.
