- Combine water and oat/coconut milk blend in a medium pot and bring to a boil. Add Traditional Steel Cut Irish Oatmeal and stir. Reduce heat to low. Simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, for 20-30 minutes, or until most of the liquid has been absorbed and oats are done to your liking.
- Divide oatmeal into two bowls. Arrange fruit and matcha powder on top of oatmeal for presentation. Before eating, stir to completely incorporate matcha and fruits into the oatmeal.
