Maple Cinnamon Zoats Recipe

- Start your morning off with "zoats" - a tasty way to add veggies to your breakfast oatmeal. The hearty taste of zucchini bread in half the time. Customize to your liking by adding your favorite toppings.
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cup almond or your favorite milk
- 1 package
- 1 cup McCann’s® Quick Cooking Rolled Irish Oats
- 3 tbsp
- 1/2 tsp
- 1/2 tsp
Optional Toppings
- Sliced almonds or chopped walnuts, assorted fresh and/or dried fruits
Directions
- Add milk and Veggie Spirals Zucchini to medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Stir in Quick Cooking Rolled Irish Oats, maple syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Simmer 1 minute, remove from heat and let stand until desired thickness.
- Serve with toppings.
