Maple-Spiced Cauliflower Oatmeal Recipe

- Add cauliflower to all your favorite meals including breakfast! This simple recipe blends cauliflower in with your McCann's® Irish Oats - you will not believe that the cauliflower is even there!
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cup almond or your favorite milk
- 1 cup
- 1 cup McCann’s® Quick Cooking Rolled Irish Oats
- 3 tbsp
- 1/2 tsp
- 1/2 tsp
Optional Toppings
- Sliced almonds or chopped walnuts, assorted fresh and/or dried fruits, coconut flakes, chocolate chips
Directions
- Add milk and Riced Veggies Cauliflower to medium saucepan and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and stir in Quick Cooking Rolled Irish Oats, maple syrup, cinnamon and nutmeg.
- Simmer 1 minute, remove from heat and let stand until desired thickness.
- Serve with toppings.
