Oatmeal Pecan Pie Recipe
- Oatmeal Pecan Pie
Ingredients
- Pie dough
- Baker’s Joy
- 1.25 c brown sugar
- 1.25 c light corn syrup
- 1 c McCann’s Quick Cooking Rolled Oats
- 3/4 c pecans (chopped)
- 2 t Spice Islands Ground Saigon Cinnamon
- 2 T butter (melted)
- 1.5 t Spice Islands Pure Vanilla Extract
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg whites
Directions
- Heat oven to 325 degrees
- Spray baking dish with Baker’s Joy
- Whisk all ingredients in a bowl, pour into dish
- Bake for 50-75 minutes or until done
